Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Finance Service Center Manager to stabilize and optimize Finance Service Center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day Finance Service Center operations, ensuring timely triage and resolution of service requests
  • Clarify and formalize Tier 1 and Tier 2 support responsibilities, establishing clear workflows and coaching for staff
  • Standardize ticket management practices and enhance training and communication for finance staff
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in shared services, service center management, or finance operations, preferably in higher education
  • Proven success in leading service delivery improvements and backlog reduction
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, service tiering models, and performance metrics
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and improving customer experience
  • Experience with Workday Financials or ERP systems in a higher education environment is highly desirable
