Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Principal HRIT Specialist - HCM Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, integrate, configure, and maintain the Workday Core HR module
- Collaborate with HRIT team and Core HR functional experts to meet production schedules
- Analyze requirements for enhancements and recommend technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HCM with 6 years specifically in Workday HCM systems
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Workday Pro - HCM Core Certification
- Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
- Experience with Reporting, Calculated Fields, and EIB loads
