Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Principal HRIT Specialist - Learning & Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, integrate, configure, and maintain the Learning, Talent, and Performance module
- Collaborate with HRIT team members and Learning & Development SMEs to meet production schedules
- Analyze requirements for enhancements and recommend technical solutions while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HCM with 6 years specifically in Workday HCM supporting Learning, Talent, and Performance
- Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
- Experience with configuring talent attributes and performance review components
- Hands-on experience with EIB loads and Reporting
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field
