Workday Recruiting Configurator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Recruiting Functional Configurator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the functional configuration of the Workday Recruiting module
- Conduct testing, documentation, and audits of system configurations
- Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases, troubleshooting complex issues
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, specifically in the Recruiting module
- Proven experience in functional configuration, testing, and documentation
- Experience in a support role managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases
- Familiarity with Jira for tracking stories and issues is a plus
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus
