Workday Technical Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Workday Technical Analyst who will provide leadership and technical expertise in optimizing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the Workday System, including workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Collaborate with various functional areas to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Develop standardized reports and troubleshoot system performance issues
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of Workday configuration experience
- Three (3) years of experience in a related functional area (HR, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain) or HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Workday Pro certification required (or two additional years of Workday experience can substitute for certification)
