Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Assistant to provide administrative and technical support for Claims Adjusters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and review claim notes and manage diaries in the claims management system
  • Process payments and prepare litigation documents, including settlement documents
  • Communicate with medical providers and schedule appointments as needed

Required Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a Workers' Compensation claims environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and maintain organization for timely task completion
  • Professional and prompt response to customer requests
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing information to solve problems
