Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Assistant to provide administrative and technical support for Claims Adjusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and review claim notes and manage diaries in the claims management system
- Process payments and prepare litigation documents, including settlement documents
- Communicate with medical providers and schedule appointments as needed
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a Workers' Compensation claims environment
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain organization for timely task completion
- Professional and prompt response to customer requests
- Experience in gathering and analyzing information to solve problems
