Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Workforce Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis on business events and historical patterns to produce volume and staffing forecasts
  • Facilitate daily/weekly planning processes and provide recommendations on load balancing strategies
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate work volumes and recommend improvement actions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Workforce management experience preferred
  • PC proficiency with advanced skills in MS Excel
